Do I have to sign a long term lease?

No. You are only required to sign a month-to-month lease that automatically renews each month until you vacate the unit.

Does anyone else have access to my unit?

No. You store it. You lock it. You keep the key.

How secure is this site?

Our computer-controlled gate only allows customers to access the storage area of our facility. It is well lit, has video surveillance cameras, and is completely fenced in.

What is a climate controlled unit?

A climate controlled unit is heated and cooled by central heat and air conditioning. Temperature is maintained from 60 to 79 degrees and humidity is controlled.

Do I need insurance for the items I store?

Check your homeowner's or renter's insurance. If stored property is not covered, we can provide you with the name of an insurance carrier that specializes in self storage coverage.

What hours do I have access to my unit?

Access is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Are locks, moving, and storage supplies available?

Yes, at excellent prices.
